Important Features:
For the first new lining the requirement of Acidic Ramming Mass is almost 50 % of the Furnace capacity in weight
Remove iron or steel contents by powerful magnet
It is required to be preheated to 70º - 80º C. So as to eliminate moisture during summer months In winter season or rainy season. the mass should be preheated at a temperature of 140º - 150º C. then after cooling it down to 50º - 60º C mix thoroughly 0.8 to 1.5 percent boric acid according to the size of the crucible
Usually 12 % of boric acid of medical grade is used for furnaces up to 3 tons Capacity
Store the Ramming mass in dry and dust free area
Our Acidic Ramming Mass:
Has got three Categories as under:
Grade M1 Suitable up to 1.5 Ton furnace capacity
Grade M2 Suitable for 2 to 3 Ton furnace capacity
Grade M3 Suitable For 5 Ton furnace capacity
In addition to all we guarantee more lining life with our material compared to any other. While sending your quarries and orders please do specify the capacity of furnace and type of steel you are manufacturing to enable us to give you the correct combination of Material and advise
Application:
Our Acidic Ramming Mass is used by mixing boric acid 0.8 % To 1.5 % according to the type of metal Low for Steel and high for cast iron melting. Complete lining guidance can be furnished as required according to the size of furnace
Packing:
Standard Packing available in 50 kg. HDPE bags & 1 or 1.25 MT Jumbo bags with liner inside, or as per customer requirement
Basic Ramming Mass

Our buyers can avail from us a qualitative variety of Ramming Mass. Submitted ramming mass is fabricated by our expert specialists using a superior quality of raw stuff in compliance with the industry laid standards & norms. These ramming mass are very much decent for the induction furnaces.
Basic Ramming Mass is nothing but a normal magnesia-based refractory lining stuff for induction furnaces. Basic Ramming Mass or Magnesia Ramming Mass is generally used in industries which operate with great manganese steel and high chromium steel to make good kind products. Basic Ramming Mass has much longer life span associated with acidic ramming mass or neutral ramming mass.
Neutral lining has an advantage over both silica and basic lining in phases of chemical reaction and the thermal shocks.

Ramming Mass is basically burnt magnesite. Some chemicals are mixed with dead magnesite to form ramming mass. A core less induction furnace works on the principle of melting of metal through conduction of heat generated by circular electrical coil around the furnace.
